The center contributes to promoting and developing the business structure of the Murcia region by carrying out the following activities to create and identify opportunities for companies in different projects:

• Industrial Design.
• Technical Services. Certified laboratories provide companies with high-value-added technical services.

Other advanced services that enable SMEs to enhance their competitiveness:

• Technical Supervision. The center has updated its knowledge of the requirements introduced by regulations and has made modifications to it. Therefore, it can advise and communicate new requirements to companies, helping them adapt to these requirements in laboratories. Current quality requirements oblige companies, among other things, to certify the CE mark, regularly validate products, and ensure the traceability of measures taken. To achieve this, it is necessary to calibrate measuring equipment and conduct product testing.

The center has the following laboratories related to agriculture and the agro-food industry:

Materials, Sanitary Machinery, Irrigation Materials, Industrial Consultancy, Training.

Specialized training is designed to complement and update employees' knowledge of related companies. Agreements are signed with universities for the recognition of credits.

The areas of training activities are: design for different purposes, agricultural machinery, precision agriculture, and new agricultural technologies, standardization and safety of machine manufacturing.
